Your email control panel provides you with the functionality to set up an auto responder. Auto responders automatically reply to everyone that sends you an email, and can be useful when you are not going to be checking your email for some time, such as when you go on holidays.
To access your email control panel, type in the address http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail and enter your username and password. Once logged in, select the 'Auto Responders' option.
